MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 20 minutes of shooting time. Please make every effort to be at your session on time. Please know that if you are late, it will be docked from your time allotted. If you fail to show up during your scheduled appointment you will forfeit all money paid. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of session.
SESSION FEE: Client agrees to pay photographer a deposit of $25.00 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. Remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5-10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Please make every effort to be at your session on time. Please know that if you are late, it will be docked from your time allotted. If you fail to show up during your scheduled appointment you will forfeit all money paid. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: T+M Photography retains copyright to all photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to print, use or reproduce the photographs.
PROOFING: Images will be ready 1 week after session date via an online gallery. Client will have 14 days to choose your images as well as make any additional purchases. T+M Photography is not responsible for any lost or unused images. Should you need access to your images once the gallery expires there will be a fee of $35 to reload the gallery.
RE-SHOOTS/REFUNDS: Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.) Session includes fully edited high resolution images. Only prints printed through T+M Photography will be guaranteed for color and quality.
MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give permission to T+M Photography to use my and/or my child(ren)'s photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
